Hi, my name is Grace. I am a collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed therapist passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges related to mood, relationships, executive functioning, stress management, trauma, anxiety, depression, and more.
I have experience within a school counseling setting, supporting children and adolescents through social, emotional, and behavioral concerns. With continued experience in community mental health, providing crisis intervention and stabilization to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
At the heart of my clinical work is a simple belief: when we can accept ourselves as we are, we can become the people we strive to be. My aim is a non-judgmental, supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with the tools to build confidence and resilience. The work primarily draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Existential Therapy, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. My approach is warm and creative, incorporating activity and play to engage children and adolescents in a developmentally appropriate way.
