Sometimes life leaves us feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns we no longer want. We may struggle in relationships, feel overwhelmed, or lean on coping strategies that no longer help. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sens
I believe healing happens within a safe, collaborative relationship. As a master's-level counseling intern, I offer a warm, compassionate space where clients can be fully themselves. My approach is person-centered, attachment-focused, and emotionally attuned, and I draw on CBT and DBT to help clients connect their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building healthier coping and regulation skills. Together, we explore maladaptive patterns, relationship dynamics, grief, trauma, and the ways past experiences shape the present.
I also bring experience working with children ages 5-10 using a trauma-informed approach centered on emotional safety, connection, and resilience. That work deepened my understanding of how early attachment shapes emotional well-being across life.
I work with individuals, children and adolescents, couples, and families facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, family dysfunction, and emotional distress. Together, we can explore how past and present relationships shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
