As the Director of Therapy for Clarity Clinic’s River North and Evanston offices, I am committed to creating a welcoming, compassionate environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I believe everyone has a story worth sharing—and that each person deserves the opportunity to share that story at their own pace and without judgment.
For more than 14 years, I have supported youth, adults, and families navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other difficult experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each client’s individual strengths and needs. Throughout my career, I have continually been inspired by the resilience and courage clients demonstrate as they navigate adversity and work toward meaningful change.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals who have complex trauma histories, children and families involved in the child welfare system, and communities with limited access to mental health services. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), which help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier relationships.
In addition to my clinical work, I have served as a supervisor and program director, supporting developing therapists and creating programs that expanded access to services in schools, among youth and families experiencing homelessness, and throughout Chicago’s South and West sides. Helping clinicians provide ethical, thoughtful, and compassionate care has been one of the most meaningful aspects of my career.
