My work is deeply committed to helping people feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life's most difficult moments, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions.
Healing begins within safe, authentic connections where clients can show up fully as themselves without fear of judgment. My approach is rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, empowerment, and genuine human connection, and it aims to create a therapeutic space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and encouraged to rediscover their strength and resilience.
As a Clinical Therapy Intern at Clarity Clinic, I have previous experience in psychiatric rehabilitation, education, case management, and community advocacy. This has provided valuable experience supporting diverse individuals and families through emotional, behavioral, and systemic challenges. That work strengthened my ability to connect with people during vulnerable moments while helping them build confidence, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth.
As a clinician-in-training, I am gaining experience in intake assessments, treatment planning, crisis-informed care, and therapeutic interventions under supervision. My practice is especially devoted to supporting underserved communities and advocating for mental wellness through a client-centered and trauma-informed approach.
Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and I honor the courage it takes to seek support. My goal is to walk alongside clients with warmth, authenticity, and compassion as they work toward healing, balance, and emotional wellness.
