Therapy can be a meaningful space for building self-understanding, creating change, and strengthening connection with yourself and others. My approach focuses on supporting children, teens, adults, and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, substance use, identity exploration, or feeling stuck.
A strong therapeutic relationship is at the center of my work. I believe progress happens when clients feel understood, respected, and accepted without judgment. Therapy is a collaborative process, and treatment is tailored to each person’s unique experiences, goals, and needs.
Clients are the experts of their own lives. My role is to help explore experiences, recognize patterns, challenge barriers to growth, and reconnect with personal strengths and values. Together, we work toward not only reducing symptoms but also building confidence, purpose, and a stronger sense of self.
My approach is rooted in relational therapy while incorporating evidence-based practices based on each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), exposure-based interventions, and other therapeutic techniques.
My clinical experience includes working with veterans, adolescents and adults in addiction recovery, adolescents in the foster care system, and children with neurodevelopmental differences. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy and my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.
