I believe that every individual deserves a space where they feel heard, valued, and accepted without judgment.
I am a Master's-level counseling trainee at National Louis University, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and I have a particular interest in helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe lasting change grows out of a genuine, trusting relationship, so I take time to understand each client's story rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. Our sessions together will be a space to explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace, while building the coping skills and resilience that support real, sustained growth.
I bring an evidence-based, compassionate approach to every session, and I'm committed to continuing to grow as a clinician. I look forward to partnering with you on your path toward healing and self-discovery.
