As COVID-19 continues to impact us as individuals and a community, safety and health remain our biggest concerns for our clients here at Clarity. Effective immediately, our clinic is now using Teletherapy and Telemed to conduct sessions remotely during this pandemic. Teletherapy/Telemed appointments can now be scheduled online through our website.

Common questions regarding Telehealth

I’ve never used Telehealth with Clarity Clinic before, what do I need to know?

Please read through this guide, or watch this video, to get initial instructions for how to get started with our Telehealth system.

I’ve been waiting in the virtual room for a while now, what should I do?

Please allow up to 5 minutes after the start time of your appointment. If at that point you do not see the provider present, please call our office to get an updated visit link.

I’ve received multiple emails/links to join the Telehealth session, which link should I use?

If you’ve received multiple emails please use the latest one. Then, if after 5 minutes into your appointment the provider does not show up, please call our office to have them send an updated visit link.

I have not received an email with a meeting link, what should I do?

Please allow up to 3 days prior to your appointment to receive your meeting link. For example, if your appointment is June 15, you should receive your link around June 12. If you cannot locate the email by then, please check your spam folders, and then call our office to receive an updated visit link.

Common questions regarding Consent Forms

When do I need to fill in my consent forms by?

The consent form must be filled in prior to your appointment. If the consent form is not submitted by then, your appointment will be cancelled.

I already filled out the consent form and am continuing to receive multiple emails asking me to fill it out, what should I do?

If you have already filled out our Consent For Teletherapy form, please disregard any and all additional emails you may receive asking you to fill out that form.
