I believe that every individual deserves to be heard with respect and compassion. In my practice, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences without judgment.
My passion lies in helping clients overcome life's challenges and building a personalized toolkit of coping strategies. My person-centered approach means meeting you where you are, honoring your unique experiences, and empowering you to take an active role in your healing journey. I believe true growth comes from within, and my role is to guide that process with empathy and care. Your voice matters, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
I earned my undergraduate degree from DePaul University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. During my studies, I gained valuable experience working in diverse settings, including supporting children with developmental differences and providing therapy to adults experiencing homelessness. After completing my graduate program, I began my professional journey in a therapeutic school environment, offering both group and individual therapy to help students navigate their social, emotional, and psychological needs.
I specialize in behavioral therapy, with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy. My areas of expertise include adult and adolescent anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADD/ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, chronic health conditions, and mood disorders.
