I am committed to helping individuals and families feel supported and informed as they begin their treatment journey, particularly when entering higher levels of care. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marquette University and my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University.

At Clarity Clinic, I conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessments and coordinate with clinical teams to support timely access to PHP and IOP services. My background includes experience in both higher levels of care and private practice, allowing me to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate placement and continuity of care.

I am especially mindful of the vulnerability clients may experience when entering PHP or IOP and strive to create an intake experience that reduces anxiety, clarifies expectations, and builds trust. My approach is informed by trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and attachment-based perspectives, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and respect.
