Experience Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) designed to offer compassionate care for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms or managing mental health disorders. Our programs feature:
Explore how our specialized PHP and IOP programs can assist you or your loved ones in achieving better mental health and wellness.
A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a more intensive treatment than an IOP program. Participants attend group treatment sessions for four hours a day, five days a week, allowing participants to return home or to a supportive environment outside of treatment hours. PHP offers a higher level of support and structure than an IOP program. In addition to the 20-hours a week of group work that this program requires, PHP treatment will also require participants to set aside additional time for individual therapy, treatment planning sessions, family/support persons therapy as recommended, and psychiatric monitoring.
Clarity Clinic's Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP) involves participants attending group treatment sessions for three hours a day, three to five days a week depending on the participant's assessed needs. This allows IOP treatment participants to return home or to a supportive environment outside of treatment hours. In addition to the structured 9-15 hours a week of group work that this IOP program requires, participants will also need to set aside additional time for individual therapy and optional medication management.
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a more comprehensive level of care compared to our IOP Program. Our PHP Program takes place from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week. Depending on the individuals situation, it is often recommended that they take a leave from school and/or work to focus primarily on their mental health treatment.
Patients participate daily in a blend of group and individual therapy sessions led by our licensed therapists. In addition to the 20-hours a week of group work that this program requires, PHP will also require participants to set aside additional time for individual therapy, treatment planning sessions, family/support persons therapy as recommended, and psychiatric monitoring.
Your first day will include meeting your treatment team, getting acclimated to the program and what to expect from your treatment, and joining the group setting. You will also receive information on the program and details about the weekly schedule and what groups to expect. Please note, grab-and-go meals will be provided daily for you to enjoy during your group sessions.
PHP treatment provides a structured and supportive environment where patients can engage in intensive therapy and treatment while still maintaining connections with their daily lives.
With PHP treatment, individuals receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs, including group therapy, individual counseling, optional medication management, and skill-building exercises
PHP programs can offer a higher level of support than traditional outpatient therapy, allowing patients to address their mental health challenges in a therapeutic setting while still having the flexibility to return home each day.
PHP also serves as a crucial step in the recovery process, helping individuals develop coping strategies, build resilience, and establish a strong foundation for long-term mental wellness.
Clarity Clinic's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a short term treatment approach with sessions lasting three hours per day, three to five days per week depending on the participant's assessed needs. Patients can prioritize their mental health while still managing work, school, and daily responsibilities at home.
In addition to the structured 9-15 hours a week of group work that this program requires, IOP will also require participants to set aside additional time for individual therapy, treatment planning sessions, family/support persons therapy as recommended, and psychiatric monitoring.
Your first day will include meeting your treatment team, getting acclimated to the program and what to expect from your treatment, and joining the group setting. You will also get information on the program and details about the weekly schedule and what groups to expect. Please note, grab-and-go meals will be provided daily for you to enjoy during your group sessions.
With IOP treatment, patients can maintain their daily routines, including work, school, and family commitments, while receiving comprehensive therapeutic care.
