I have always been passionate about mental health. I am grateful that my own life experiences have led me to become an ally and support for my patients. I pride myself on giving a voice to my patients and assisting them in achieving their goals. I practice active listening and empathy while providing a comfortable and safe environment for my patients to accomplish their goals. I believe that everyone should receive a thorough approach to their care that includes psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle changes that are unique to them.
