I know how challenging and daunting it can be to fit a mental health appointment into your schedule. My goal in each of our visits is to value your time, listen and go at your pace as we discuss your unique situation and symptoms in a non-judgemental space. We’ll then work together to create an individualized plan to fit your personal lifestyle and goals so that you can become the healthiest version of yourself. I would consider it an honor to get to know you, hear your story, and serve as your mental health provider.
I know how important your mental health is to your overall health and well-being, and I understand that it plays a major role in your ability to complete your daily tasks, achieve your school or work aspirations, and connect with others around you. I will be welcoming, compassionate, and caring as I get to know you as a person, and it’s my goal to educate and empower you to have an active role in your healthcare decisions. We’ll take a holistic approach to discuss medication options, psychotherapy, and lifestyle adjustments such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep with the conversation open to anything you’d like to discuss.
