Bio

Our mental health is essential to achieving a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling life. That being said, I recognize how challenging it can be to seek help when we are struggling. My mission is to foster meaningful relationships with patients and allow them to feel safe, heard, and supported as we work together to achieve their goals. I believe in a holistic and evidence-based approach to patient care, and I strive to create a comfortable environment where patients can express themselves freely.

During our time together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan using a combination of medication, therapy, and lifestyle recommendations that suit your unique needs. I have experience working with a diverse range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD.

I am a state-licensed and nationally board-certified physician assistant. I completed my Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. During my time there, I received training in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine, as well as Women’s Health, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine. I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Miami University. I grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago, and I am especially grateful to be supporting patients in a community so close to home.
