Therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal process. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space that promotes insight and growth every step of the way. I am dedicated to supporting you in embracing, honoring, and exploring your unique identity, personal narrative, and emotional experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based, integrating psychodynamic, attachment theory, person-centered, CBT, IFS, and psychoeducation modalities. I believe in meeting individuals where they are at, and not utilizing a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your struggles and develop a stronger sense of self and purpose.
I specialize in working with individuals age 15 and up, navigating life transitions, self-awareness, and self-esteem around issues of anxiety, depression, women’s issues, work/life balance, relationships, and identity. I support those who feel stuck, struggling to find their voice, or are uncertain about how to move forward. My style is warm, relational, and strength-based—grounded in curiosity, empathy, and validation—to foster exploration, reflection, confidence, and resilience.
While change can be uncomfortable, we will approach it together with curiosity, compassion, and hope.
I am a licensed social worker (LSW) in the state of Illinois. I earned my undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Illinois-Chicago and my master's degree in Social Work from the Erikson Institute with a concentration in children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical experience is rooted in child development, with an emphasis on the value of early childhood experiences, family dynamics, attachment styles, and intergenerational relationships. I’ve provided individual, family, and group therapy across a variety of settings, including therapeutic programs, schools, social skills groups, youth development programs, and outpatient clinics.
