What I enjoy most about being a therapist is creating a trusting connection with clients in a non-judgmental environment where they feel genuinely cared for and heard.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago, and I am licensed as both an LSW and LCSW. My education and clinical training have provided me with a strong foundation for working with adults across a wide range of mental health concerns.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and dissociative identity disorder. I am especially committed to supporting individuals with complex and chronic mental health challenges, and I strive to meet each client where they are in their unique journey.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, and humanistic principles. I believe meaningful change occurs through insight, emotional safety, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
At the heart of my work is helping clients find meaning and purpose in their lives. I approach every client with compassion and curiosity, and I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space for growth and self-exploration.
