Life is full of complexity — moments of deep regret, grief, and uncertainty, as well as joy, connection, and love. Each of us carries a rich and layered story, shaped by personal experiences, relationships, identities, and dreams. I believe we are all the experts of our own lives, and sometimes we simply need a space where those stories can be heard, held, and explored with care.
If this is your first time considering therapy, I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to be here. Reaching out is not easy — it's a powerful first step toward growth, healing, or even just understanding yourself a little better. I received my B.S. in Human Development & Family Sciences from the University of Vermont in the spring of 2024, and I’m currently pursuing my M.A. in Couples and Family Therapy at Adler University.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each unique individual or relationship I work with. I draw from a variety of modalities — including family systems work, attachment theory, and genogram exploration — to help create a culturally responsive, identity-affirming space where all parts of you are welcomed. My intention is to meet you where you are and to work with you to find the tools, insights, and support that align with your needs, values, and goals.
Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply want a space to better understand yourself or your relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll explore not only how to process what’s heavy, but also how to carry forward what’s meaningful — into your relationships, your community, and your everyday life.
