I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, one that honors your unique life experiences while working toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since 2019, I’ve worked across community, clinical, and behavioral health settings, supporting individuals through a collaborative and holistic approach.
My goal is to explore each person’s unique life experiences to help them build a more meaningful and fulfilling quality of life. In both individual and group settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations on concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life skills.
I find group therapy especially rewarding because it’s a space for creativity, connection, and shared growth. I strive to make each session informative, engaging, and supportive.
