I believe that healing is a multifaceted mind/body/spirit journey of restoration, transformation, and growth, where individuals can feel safe to explore their inner world, build self-awareness, and chart a path toward their own vision of wholeness and well-being.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois, New York, and Colorado, and I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver in 2012. My clinical background includes work in community mental health, intimate partner violence systems, and providing court-appointed therapy for individuals involved in the criminal justice system. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), PAP (Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy), and hold a C-AIMHP certification (Certified Addiction Informed Mental Health Professional).
I primarily work with clients seeking healing within relationship conflict, substance use, trauma, and domestic/intimate partner violence. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, empowering process that honors each person’s unique experiences and strengths. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore past wounds, navigate present challenges, and imagine a future grounded in resilience and possibility.
I draw from an eclectic blend of evidence-based and holistic modalities—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and somatic-based practices—tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Healing is not linear; it is a cyclical process involving vulnerability, courage, and self-compassion. Through a whole-person approach that considers the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, I work to support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, finding balance, and reclaiming their sense of agency and purpose.
I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).
I strive to walk alongside clients as they cultivate resilience and rediscover their inherent wholeness and vitality.
