You know you best. We all struggle at times, and sometimes it’s helpful to have some assistance or guidance to get you where you want to go. I am passionate about assisting others in their journey to being a better version of themselves.

I graduated with a Masters in Counseling from National Lous University in 2004, and have a Doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology from 2014. Since being independently licensed since 2006 I have spent time working with individual and group therapy. I also spent several years working in substance use, chronic pain/medical conditions, mood disorders and LGBTQ populations. When I became a psychologist I trained with forensic populations and have trained with psychological testing, forensic populations, first responders, corrections and continued my experience with individual, group and couples counseling.
My specialties include treating mood disorders, anxiety, first responders, forensic populations, marital/divorce, anxiety, LGBTQ and chronic pain. I really enjoy using DBT, CBT and ACT as my preferred modalities of treatment. This allows me to tailor my treatment to your specific needs and goals. My therapy style is open, cooperative and collaborative. You know you best, I will just be here to guide you in the right direction.
