Bio

As a therapist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, I understand the unique challenges they face in navigating developmental transitions, academic and performance pressures, social dynamics, and societal expectations. I believe every client is an expert in their own life, and I am committed to empowering them to recognize and harness their strengths and abilities.

I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood, and together, we can develop strategies for overcoming challenges. My areas of expertise include ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, stress management, grief and loss, and women’s issues.

In my therapy approach, I utilize evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, a strengths-based perspective, and trauma-informed care. Specifically, for managing ADHD symptoms, I emphasize organizational and time management skills to improve executive functioning. I tailor my treatment approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Through my experiences, I have had the privilege of witnessing clients surpass their goals and make positive changes in their lives. I invite you to prioritize your mental health and take the step towards self-care.
