Each person leads a unique life and encounters barriers along the way. Although we all have different challenges, it is important to understand that you are not alone and that your feelings are valid. The ability to recognize that there are aspects of your life you wish to change shows great strength.
I believe each client I encounter is the expert of their own life, fully capable of achieving their goals. I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths and abilities to address and resolve difficulties. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment that celebrates resiliency and promotes a holistic view of life.
I view each client individually and create customized treatment depending upon their specific needs. I utilize aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based perspective, and trauma-informed care. I help children, adolescents, and adults cope with an array of challenges. My areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, grief and loss, stress, and anger management. Through my experiences, I have had the privilege of witnessing my clients surpass their goals. I welcome you to dedicate time to your mental health.
