Bio

I have my undergraduate degree from Alfred University and my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Adler University. I have experience working with adults in community, residential, and private practice settings. I want to highlight the strengths you bring to therapy, collaborate with you, and support you in identifying and reaching your goals. I have been trained in psychodynamic, cognitive, humanistic, and existential approaches and take an integrated approach to work with you as you engage in self-exploration, develop insight, reflect on past experiences, better regulate your emotions, connect to the present moment, or make changes to live in a way that better aligns with your values and priorities.
My clinical interests include but are not limited to, the experiences of members of LGBTQIA+ people across the lifespan, substance use concerns, and religion and spirituality. A neurodiversity model also informs me, and I want to highlight and understand the unique strengths and perspectives you bring into therapy.

I also want to understand your background, culture, and other identities present in your life and how these identities may inform the work we do together. I approach my clinical work with every client with openness and humility and acknowledge the expertise we each bring into therapy. I am eager to meet you and look forward to working together. When I am not working, I enjoy knitting, listening to music, and cooking.
