Bio

I am a trauma therapist with training and experience treating adult and adolescent survivors of complex trauma, childhood sexual and physical abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence.

I have a passion for working with trauma survivors and families of adolescents dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bullying, and trauma.

My counseling style is relationally and client centered. I view trauma therapy as an equal partnership between the client and therapist, and will work at your speed to address your life concerns. I am trained in Internal Family systems and use a relational approach in my work.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated from the University of Chicago with a Master’s in Social Work, Concentration in Family Systems.

Together, we will work to find the approach that is best for you. In addition to my specialties in trauma and family systems, I have also worked with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, abandonment and attachment issues, and marginalized populations. I am committed to and passionate about social justice, empowerment. diversity, and creating a judgment free, trusting environment. I look forward to working together on your healing journey.
