I’ve been privileged to spend 25 years of my life guiding others toward their best selves. I have experience in a variety of settings, hospitals and partial hospital settings, residential treatment, and quality management. I have supported people through a variety of mental health issues, including addiction, adjustment disorder, life transitions, occupational difficulties, relationship issues, and stress management.
