Bio

It is my passion to help individuals recognize their potential and strengths while building their self-esteem in a judgment-free space to live their best quality of life. Through empathy, active listening, and respect for each individual, I am able to help clients through their healing journey. My main goal is to create a safe and encouraging space to empower clients during their difficult times and help identify solutions for their obstacles.

As a therapist, it is an honor and privilege to help you navigate life’s obstacles and establish life-long skills through developing self-care and healthy coping skills and learning to effectively handle emotions. Empathy is a skill I use throughout my sessions as well as understanding each individual is unique. I believe it is important to take an individual approach to the client’s needs. I am mindful of cultural diversity and the role that culture and environment play in an individual’s perception of the world.

I have been practicing as a social worker since 2019 and have extensive experience with clients of diverse backgrounds, diagnoses, and ages. My Primary clinical areas of focus include adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, and relationship issues. I believe in taking a holistic approach to treatment and using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and a Strengths-Based Perspective.
