I am delighted to be a part of Clarity Clinic. I received my B.S in General Studies at The University of Iowa. I received my Masters in Science Guidance and Counseling from Eastern Illinois University.
I have 20 + years of experience providing case management, crisis intervention, treatment development, and individual therapy. I have experience in a wide range of mental health illnesses including psychiatric hospitalizations. I provide individual therapy with children, adolescents, and adults including geriatric populations.
I consider my clients to be experts in their lives. Within the structure of therapy, clients can assess their inner strengths and promote change. I want my clients to feel respected while on their journey. It is important to convey to the client the compassion they deserve. I like to assist clients in recognizing their strengths and abilities, thus empowering them to move forward on their path to wellness.
