Right now, if you’re living with stress, anxiety, isolation, change, grief, or trauma, I want you to know that you are not alone. We’ve all experienced copious amounts of change following the pandemic, and its effects on our lives, has, for some, intensified these issues. For others, it has brought new issues and problems to the forefront. It may be challenging to navigate all these changes and emotions on your own, and that’s completely understandable.
At Clarity Clinic, I provide a safe place to address various mental health concerns such as grief, anxiety, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, and more. I take a client-centered approach, meeting you where you are in your journey, utilizing cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic methods, and a solution-oriented focus. This helps you to develop healthier habits, incorporate cognitive restructuring, and facilitate positive change. I respect culture, values, and spirituality, as all these spheres help to shape who we are. I will address your concerns with honesty, kindness and respect.
With over 20 years of experience working with mental health concerns, in inpatient, outpatient, and day treatment settings, I’m confident that I can be a resource for you on your journey to mental wellness. I also have extensive experience in working with oncology and medical health issues. I commend you for reaching out for help. It takes courage to recognize a problem and seek support.
I am honored to be part of a process of positive change for you and am accepting new appointments.
