I believe counseling should provide a therapeutic, empowering experience that helps individuals discover effective coping strategies to enrich their lives and wellbeing. I support individuals in identifying their strengths and empower them through difficult emotions and experiences. You matter, and so does your mental health. I am here to provide you with a safe space for self-exploration and growth.
My goal is to hold a supportive, empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to process your thoughts and feelings. My care includes a combination of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. My care plans provide you with personalized counseling experiences tailored to your unique needs.
I completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Counseling at National Louis University. I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and life stages. I have experience working with substance abuse, crisis intervention, and psychosis. My specialties include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, stress management, adjustment disorders, social anxiety, and life transitions.
I am honored and excited to join you on your path to healing and wellness.
