Life is unpredictable, challenging, and complex. It’s easy to get wrapped up in our everyday lives that focusing on our mental health tends to fall through the cracks. Trust me, I’ve been there. But taking the first steps, while overwhelming, is the start to creating a more fulfilled and abundant life and will lead you down the path of creating meaningful change. I believe that through a working partnership, my clients are able to gain the necessary tools to meet any challenge they may face.

I am a strong believer that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and that every individual will face their own set of unique challenges. I custom-tailor my approach and create individualized treatment plans to meet the distinctive needs of my clients. My treatment mainly stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices; however, I remain flexible and will always tailor treatment to the individual needs of my clients.

My passion lies in helping others which have led me to the field of therapy. The main priority of my practice is to help guide my clients on their journey and get them prepared to face the everyday challenges that life throws our way. My clients will work toward gaining the confidence and skills they need to accomplish their goals, whatever they may be. I pride myself on building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and creating a safe, empathetic, judgment-free, and compassionate environment in which they can feel comfortable and thrive in.
No matter where you are on your journey, I’d be grateful for the opportunity to walk with you and work towards building the life you envision.
