I help clients work on their relationships – with partners, parents, children, coworkers, friends, and the range of other connections that make up our rich and complex lives. Good relationships are built by individuals who are willing to work on their connections and themselves. Anxiety, negative thoughts, and lack of vulnerability can be barriers to becoming our best selves and strengthening our relationships. Working with couples or individuals I strive to help clients understand their strengths and to identify goals and outcomes to deal with issues that are holding them back. Likewise, when clients are facing difficult transitions – break-ups, health issues, parenthood or even starting a new job – I help them develop strategies and tools in a supportive environment.

My approach is to help you become comfortable in your own skin and feel safe in expressing problems and concerns without fear of judgment. I draw from a variety of therapeutic models such as CBT, ACT, IST, and psychodynamic therapy to provide you with a custom approach to help you reach your goals. With empathy, humor, and candor, I will help you gain insight and provide you with the tools to overcome your struggles. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families achieve personal and systemic change. I use an integrative, strength-based, client-centered approach to implement solution-focused interventions and attain treatment goals.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I had a successful career in business where I developed skills that I can put to use in helping my clients navigate workplace conflicts, create strategies for success, and foster positive work-life balance.
