Bio

Making the decision to seek out help can be difficult. Life can bring about new challenges that may feel overwhelming to handle on your own. My passion for mental health care began when I was in this position and sought out counseling for myself. Therapy can provide guidance and support while we navigate life’s difficulties. I am committed to offering my clients a safe, judgment-free environment to begin their mental health journey.

I received my BS in Psychology and Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, I am a graduate student at Adler University seeking my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I value working with a diverse clientele in multiple areas of mental health care. With a background in education, I also have much experience working with families and children. As a counselor, I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities to provide the best quality care for my clients, including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.

I approach counseling with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and recognition that everyone has their own unique story and experiences. I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are and tailoring care to their individual needs. I look forward to helping you reach your goals and promote your overall well-being!
