DBT: Emotion and Communication Skills Group

  • Do you experience challenges regulating overwhelming emotions?
  • Do you feel as though your emotions go quickly from 0-100?
  • Do you experience difficulties in your relationships with others?


If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then this group is for you. Group members will learn strategies to engage more effectively, and positively, in relationships and to feel better able to manage overwhelming emotions. This 13-session group will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 5-6 pm via Telehealth.
