I have worked extensively with issues such as anxiety, trauma, addictions, anger, loss, depression, relationships, families, self-harm, personality disorders, and life changes. As a licensed psychotherapist, I draw on a range of theories and techniques to meet your unique needs. I use evidence-based interventions from a variety of perspectives including CBT, DBT, EMDR, MBCT, and substance use interventions such as Motivational Enhancement. I am also a certified trauma professional (CCTP) with extensive expertise in that area.
I have a warm and down-to-earth approach and as an integrative practitioner I work collaboratively with you to understand your unique needs and experiences, and how to best support your goals for therapy. I focus on the whole person, mind, body, and soul while adding humor and wit to our relationship.
