Therapy can be a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring what matters most to them. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, grounded in the recognition that each person is the expert on their own life.
My work takes a holistic, person-in-environment approach, keeping in mind that our relationships, experiences, environments, and stages of life all influence how we feel and move through an ever-changing world. A trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective shapes each collaboration, so my approach feels tailored and meaningful to the individual.
I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, from ages 3 to 103, with particular interests in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. Supporting people through periods of change, uncertainty, or feeling stuck is especially rewarding, as is helping them reconnect with themselves and find clarity during those times. Mindfulness-based approaches also play a central role, building greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and patterns while fostering a deeper connection to the body.
Together, we can build a toolbox of skills to help you better understand yourself, work through difficult emotions, cope with challenges, and move toward the life you want. My goal is to meet you where you are, approach your experiences with curiosity and compassion while supporting you in finding a path forward that feels authentic to you.
