I believe that healing happens in the context of a safe, supportive relationship—one built on trust, warmth, and genuine understanding. Therapy can be a space where you feel accepted just as you are, while also feeling supported in the process of becoming who you want to be. I’m currently pursuing my M.S. in Counseling – Clinical Mental Health at DePaul University. Through my academic training and hands-on experience, I’ve supported individuals navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, career transitions, identity exploration, and major life changes.
