My areas of expertise: couples, premarital counseling, interracial relationships, multicultural families, teen pregnancy/parenthood, parenthood, infertility and pregnancy concerns, infidelity, divorce, remarriage and/or blending families, helping you and your partner if you have different attachment styles and singles who are navigating dating, going through breakups or are unsure if they should stay or leave a relationship.

Relationships are key to our happiness and health. I work with all relationships (couples, spouses, partners, families, friendships, and/or open relationships). I take the perspective of how the people and circumstances around you impact your mental health. Connection with others is as necessary as our need for food, water, and shelter. I help individuals, couples, and families approach their problems, and blocks and give them tools to overcome them, rather than avoiding them. I am excited to help you recognize what you need in the face of difficulty to have you feel successful and confident in your life.

I love working with all identities and cultures. I create a welcoming, empathetic, nonjudgmental, strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation of our work together. Whether you are coming to therapy alone, with your partner, or with a family member, my goal is to create a sense of safety so you can show up as your most authentic self, not just in the therapy room but in your day-to-day life as well. As someone who opens the conversation with curiosity, I will listen, validate your experiences, and provide you with the skills to achieve your goals.
