If you are in a place where your struggles have exceeded your ability to cope with them, then you have come to the right place. I have been where you are and I know there is another way. Witnessing people identify and remove blocks that are keeping them from living their fullest life through the gift of therapy is truly my life’s privilege.

I’m Jodi and I am so excited you have found my profile. As a lifelong Chicagoan, I have taken great pride and interest in working with our city’s diverse population. I specialize in working with older adolescents and adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, life transitions and substance abuse. I believe in providing holistic care, which means looking at all aspects of your life, and meeting you where you are at. Utilizing a combination of techniques from clinically tested and evidenced based treatment modalities such as CBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing, we will work to provide you with concrete tools that create lasting change.

Overall, I would describe my approach as very collaborative, compassionate and un-intimidating. You might even laugh from time to time! I believe you are the expert on you and I am honored to walk with you along your journey.
