Are you ready to make a change in your life? It takes courage to ask for help, but the rewards of doing so can lead to a lifetime of fulfillment. You and your loved ones deserve to have someone who will offer support and bear witness to your journey.

I have dedicated my work as a Marriage and Family Therapist to guide and walk alongside clients in their voyage of personal growth and self-exploration. I believe that within every individual exists strengths and resources, that once discovered, can bring transformation to their lives and relationships. It is important in this crucial work to provide a safe place to share your emotions and discover your strengths.

I work through an integrative and collaborative approach to individualize a therapeutic strategy for each client. I draw my theoretical approach from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotional Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Clients have unique journeys and finding the path to enlightenment can be transformative.
I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Interpersonal Communication from Indiana University, and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler University Chicago. My specialties include trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Parenting, Divorce, mediation, and ADHD. I have a history of working with individuals throughout their life span including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
