It’s hard to know where to start when it comes to your mental health. Sometimes, struggling with thoughts can be overwhelming and terrifying. It is hard to know what to do when you feel like there is no way out or no end in sight. Let’s take that first step together towards healing, and begin your journey.
My passion is working with my clients to find that perfect balance, personalizing therapy to exactly what is needed. This includes looking at a person holistically, meaning that I believe that each part of a person is intimately interconnected. A person is not just one symptom or label, but a complicated and amazing sum of parts. I want to hear and understand your goals, and make a plan to help you achieve them. I am committed to working with patients in the LGBTQIA+ community and have a strong commitment to diversity.
I value working with clients in many areas of mental health. These include anxiety, depression, life transitions, LGBTQIA+, self-esteem, identity, grief, trauma, and many others. I use the Narrative Therapy approach, as I want to make sense of a client’s life story, and empower them to live in a way that reflects their values. Most of all, I want to create a safe space for healing and understanding.
