Bio

Making it possible for my clients to make healthy decisions, on a path to self-discovery and relationship satisfaction, is my purpose as a therapist. I believe by establishing small goals, to reach a big goal, my clients can form effective solutions to their problems. Through such treatment, I want my clients to realize that something will grow through all they are going through, and it will be them.

It is important to have a safe space to go to when feeling emotionally dysregulated, I hope that I can provide that to my clients. I work with individuals to build on their strengths and foster positive change. I work with families to understand patterns of interactions, and to determine what change needs to happen to make the dysfunctional, functional. Lastly, I work with couples to increase respect and intimacy, ultimately creating a space for honesty and understanding within the context of their relationship.

I am a dedicated and aspiring Couple and Family Therapist with a proven track record of helping couples and families develop and nurture successful relationships. I am eager to help people at an individual level as well. I am well versed in a wide variety of interventions and treatments to symptom reduce and restore cognitive and mental health. My areas of interest are trauma, self-esteem, anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorder, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, and play therapy. Again, I assist clients to resolve conflict, practice healthy behaviors, and overcoming life’s difficulties.
