Acknowledging you want to make a change in your life by telling someone your story is a brave decision, and I hope for us to build a relationship where you feel honored, profoundly understood, and empowered by the work we do together.
I am committed to respecting your autonomy and individuality while fostering self-insight and guiding you toward your personal goals as we grow together. My style is inquisitive, nonjudgmental, warm, and collaborative. I hope to create a space where you feel safe to say the scary things, and know that whatever comes up for you, you never have to face it alone.
I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, specifically students from marginalized communities. Working in collaboration with parents, families, and the school system has also been a key facet of my experience. Additionally, I have experience working with couples and individual adults, navigating life transitions and relationship issues.
I work across a wide range of diagnoses presenting problems, using a person-centered, psychodynamic approach to understand and deconstruct underlying causes of symptoms, and build relationships that help you feel truly seen and supported. I look forward to meeting you and continuing to grow together!
