Therapy can be a space to feel seen, supported, and more connected to your own voice. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can be curious about yourself, deepen your relationship with your emotions, and explore what truly matters to you. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and guided by your goals—whether you're navigating identity exploration, healing from trauma, or coping with daily stressors or transitions.
I work from a trauma-informed, values-based perspective, integrating tools and insights from contemporary psychodynamic therapy, humanistic approaches, and liberation psychology. I am committed to practicing in a way that affirms the lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, and I approach each client with deep respect for their intersecting identities and cultural context.
My clinical interests include working with clients around C-PTSD, neurodiversity (including autism and ADHD), chronic illness and disability, identity development, interpersonal dynamics, sex and intimacy, mood-related concerns, and discrimination-based trauma. I aim to offer a space where you feel empowered in your process—whether you're just beginning therapy or continuing your healing journey. I am a fifth-year doctoral candidate completing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a focus on adult populations.
