I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I deeply admire the strength it takes to begin this journey. That’s why I strive to meet every client with genuine empathy, warmth, and curiosity. My goal is to truly understand your unique story—through your eyes—and to be a steady presence as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward the healing and growth you deserve. I believe that everyone has the capacity for meaningful change, and that peace and wellness are within reach.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and affirmed. My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered. I primarily draw from Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating elements of Feminist Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to best support your unique needs and goals.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), and previously worked as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University and am completing my clinical internship at Clarity. Under supervision, I’m gaining hands-on experience as I continue working toward licensure.
