Therapy is a space for you- your story, your strengths, and the changes you hope to make. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can explore what matters most to you, make sense of your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with your values. I view our work as a collaborative process shaped by your pace, your needs, and your vision for growth. Because everyone’s healing process is different, I will tailor our work to fit what feels effective for you. You can expect a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where your experiences are honored and your growth is supported. Reaching out for help can take courage, and I hold deep respect for anyone choosing to take that step.
My approach is trauma-informed, flexible, and rooted in genuine partnership. Drawing from psychodynamic, strength-based, and person-centered frameworks, I aim to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore both challenges and possibilities. I welcome teens, young adults, adults, and couples from all backgrounds. I frequently support clients navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship or communication concerns, and questions around self-esteem or self-efficacy.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University. I would be grateful for the opportunity to support you as you gain insight, strengthen your sense of self, and build the changes you want to see in your life.
