I am a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bay Path University after completing my undergraduate education at Loyola University Chicago where I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Psychology and Bioethics. During my clinical training, I completed rotations in psychiatry, where I developed a strong interest in providing patient-centered psychiatric care. I also completed clinical rotations in emergency medicine, inpatient medicine, primary care, women's health, pediatric urgent care, and more. These diverse experiences provided me with a strong medical foundation and reinforced the importance of treating the whole person and recognizing the close connection between physical and mental health.
I am committed to lifelong learning and staying current with evidence-based practices to provide high-quality, compassionate care. I enjoy working with adults experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and more. My goal is to partner with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with their unique needs, goals, and values. I recognize that mental health is deeply personal, and I strive to create a collaborative relationship built on trust and open communication.
My approach incorporates evidence-based medication management, psychotherapy, patient education, and shared decision-making whenever appropriate. I am dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their experiences. I believe meaningful progress begins when patients feel genuinely heard, and I work to support everyone with empathy, respect, and compassion throughout their mental health journey.
