Starting therapy can feel like a deeply vulnerable step—and sometimes even a little intimidating. If you’re feeling that way, you’re not alone. But I also believe that within that vulnerability lies an incredible opportunity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. When we allow ourselves to show up just as we are—messy, uncertain, and honest—we create space for real, lasting change. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University.
My passion for mental health began early in life, and it continues to guide both my personal and professional journey. I prioritize emotional, physical, and mental well-being through practices like movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. These values shape how I show up for others—and why I feel especially aligned with approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).As a counselor-in-training, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment.
Life can be complicated and, at times, overwhelming. Whether it’s struggling with self-expectations, feeling stuck, or not knowing where to start, you're not meant to figure it all out alone. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you to take steps toward the life you want.
