Having worked as a school social worker specializing in K-6 grade elementary school settings, I have had the privilege of working with students and families through various challenges and triumphs. In my previous roles, I have nurtured a deep understanding of the multifaceted needs present within educational environments, ranging from school refusal and anxiety to Autism, ADHD, ODD, and beyond. My commitment to supporting individuals and families extends beyond mere diagnoses; I firmly believe in fostering collaborative partnerships that honor each person's unique strengths, interests, and life experiences.

As a first generation Mexican American Latina, my philosophy and belief is empowering individuals to navigate their own paths toward growth and fulfillment. Through a warm, strengths-based approach, I strive to create a safe and honest space where clients feel valued and empowered to explore their challenges and aspirations. Drawing from modalities such as CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, ACT, and Mindfulness, among others, I tailor each session to meet the specific needs and goals of those I work with from children to adults.
