Therapy can bring both hope and uncertainty, but it is a step toward understanding yourself more fully and creating meaningful change. I believe things we struggle with rarely disappear on their own; they tend to resurface until we have had the chance to understand them. Therapy offers a space to explore them together, with curiosity, compassion, and at your own pace.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring experience from community mental health, emergency room, and intensive outpatient settings, and I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
Asking for help is not always easy, and if you are here, you are already taking an important step. My goal is to meet you where you are and offer a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, build on your strengths, and feel understood as we work through what has felt heavy.
