I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals while delivering compassionate, client-centered care. I believe mental health is a deeply personal journey, and it is both a privilege and a responsibility to support individuals, couples, and children through comfort, healing, and growth.
My training spans a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, Behavioral, Humanistic, Existential, Developmental, and DBT. Recently, I’ve expanded my expertise with certifications in Gottman Method Level 1 couples counseling and play therapy, enhancing my ability to address diverse client needs.
My clinical experience includes working with trauma, grief, and loss—supporting trauma survivors, veterans, and individuals impacted by community violence, abuse, and neglect. I also specialize in mood regulation, addiction, self-identity, and body acceptance. I work with clients across the lifespan, from children engaging in play therapy to couples navigating marriage challenges and adults managing severe mental health conditions.
With over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space for healing. Transparency and person-centered care are foundational to my practice, allowing me to meet each client where they are in their unique journey toward growth and resilience.
