My practice is centered on the concept of Cura Personalis, or care for the whole person. This philosophy inspires me to consider all of who a person is, the different roles they play, their goals, values, experiences and more. It ensures I consider the things outside that person too, the settings, systems, and contexts in which they exist. My approach to counseling is rooted in openness, curiosity, collaboration, and compassion. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to help individuals build self-awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and author more meaningful stories for their lives. I am open to working with people of all ages and experiences with the aim of helping you explore, learn, and care for all that you are.
