My work is rooted in the belief that growth happens when we create space for both acceptance and change. I align with therapeutic approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which help individuals build awareness, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward a more meaningful life. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, I moved to Chicago to attend Loyola University, where I completed my undergraduate studies.
I’m currently pursuing dual master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Sport & Human Performance at Adler University. I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge and self to help you feel more grounded and recharged. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply looking for support in navigating life’s complexities, I’ll meet you where you are—with curiosity, compassion, and genuine care.
