I believe that positive change isn’t just possible - it’s within reach for all of us. We each carry the capacity to reflect, grow, and move toward the life we want, even if the path sometimes feels unclear or overwhelming. Therapy can be a powerful space to explore our thoughts, behaviors and emotions. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I work with clients to make room for the full range of emotions that come with being human, while also identifying behaviors or beliefs that may no longer be serving them.
I specialize in working with people experiencing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Specific Phobias, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), social anxiety, and generalized anxiety. I utilize treatment modalities such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I’m committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where all aspects of your identity are honored. I use culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirmative practices, and I welcome open conversations about race, gender, culture, sexuality, and any part of who you are. I also believe in the importance of building community and support systems as part of the healing process.
I'm currently pursuing my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University and have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and look forward to working with my clients as they grow into more connected, empowered versions of themselves.
